Greenview Manor - COVID 19 Update

 A Message to our Valued Guests:

 

At Greenview Manor, we continue to take great care in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout our property.  We are closely monitoring the evolving global impact of COVID 19 and paying close attention to recommendations and guidelines from WHO and Health Canada as we take every additional measure to ensure your safety and protection while you stay with us.  The well-being of our guests and team members is always of highest importance.


Providing a safe and clean environment for our guests and team members is always a top priority, and it is even more important during these critical times.  To supplement our existing high standards, we are following the guidance of experts at Health Canada and the World Health Organization.  It is crucial that you feel completely at ease when you visit our property, knowing that your expectations will not only be met but exceeded:

  • we have always used clinic-grade cleaning solutions and air purifiers, designed for health care setting to clean guest suites

  • in addition to our normal high standards, we have enhanced cleaning and disinfecting protocols with particular attention paid to high-touch items, high traffic and contact areas (hard & soft surfaces); our staff wear gloves and masks where possible

  • linens are cleaned by a professional laundry/dry cleaning service who follow strict policies & guidelines by Public Health

  • antibacterial hand sanitizers and disinfectant wipes are available throughout the property and in each guest suite

  • we're asking guests who are experiencing symptoms of illness or have recently travelled to reschedule their visit

  • our staff have not recently travelled outside the country; we practice social distancing when interacting with guests

  • between April - December, breakfast is served at the Golf Club Restaurant - not only does this provide guests with more flexibility / options, but reduces risk and limits close interactions with other guests (restaurant follows strict protocols)

  • between January - March, a delicious breakfast cart is served directly to guest suites for an added convenience

 

We will continue to monitor the situation closely. We will adapt to the updates provided by the government, public health authorities, and medical professionals.  We promise to do our part to ensure the well-being of our guests and commit to continuing to uphold the highest of standards.
